Proef! is a food lab encouraging food makers to innovate and co-create. The Proef lab is equipped with a test kitchen for prototyping and an incubator space for upscaling. Our inner team consists of food technologist with a variety of specializations so we can cover all food product categories. We have a strong focus on drinks, plant based & fermentation. Our Proef family ecosystem consists of other starters (the club of makers), suppliers, producers, chefs/bartenders, investors, retailers & institutions. We can help you with concept analysis & ideation, recipe development, prototyping, sourcing, MVP development, process & production, labelling & functionality, lab analysis, stability testing, quality control & R&D management. You want a Quality sense panel? Our Guinea pig members are available to be co-makers in your development & decision making process.
