Reb-M is a minor steviol glycoside present in the Stevia leaf which is commercially produced using techniques like enzyme modification and fermentation due to its scarcity in the leaf. It is an odorless, creamish-white powder, almost 300- 350 times sweeter than sucrose, having a clean and pleasant taste with no aftertaste. Reb-M has been deemed GRAS by the US FDA, in addition to approval by the EU EFSA, and can be used as a sweetener and a flavor.

Arboreal PURE Stevia Extract Reb-M 95% contains 95% Rebaudioside M content and the rest of the composition is made from other glycosides. The Reb-M extract is manufactured by using the process of bioconversion that facilitates high purity Reb-A extract with additional glucose units to provide it with a better and more clean taste. The end product (REB-M) obtained at the end of the process is identical to its natural counterpart.
