Description

Timmers Tasture 701 MSG replacer natural flavour is a low sodium replacer and has a characteristic meaty and savoury flavour that enhances the umami taste in food products. It is mostly used in food preparations like soups, instant noodles, seasonings, savouries, extruded snacks, sauces, canned foods, spray dry mixes, fin-food, fish products and many others. It also used to improve the flavour in freeze dried products.

Timmers Tasture 701 MSG replacer natural flavour is suitable for Halal, Ovo-Lacto-Vegetarian and vegan products.

Appearance: White to Beige colour, Powder in form
Taste profile: Characteristic MSG taste.
Composition: Flavouring ingredients: Flavourings, natural flavouring substances like Glycyrrhizinic acid (naturally occurred).
Other ingredients: Sea salt, maize, starch, dextrose, vegetable oil (rape seed), potassium phosphate, silicon dioxide.
