SVZ Strawberry Puree is solely made of sound and mature strawberries, without additives. The fruits are carefully selected, sieved, blended, pasteurised and aseptically packed. Strawberries are known for its high antioxidants, high in fibre, vitamin C, manganese and potassium, and contain little carbohydrates or fats. The strawberry puree offers a great taste profile and is perfectly suited for many food applications like confectionery, sauces, fruit bars, ice cream, yogurts, smoothie, juices, bakery goods, etc.
