SVZ Banana Puree is solely made of sound and mature bananas, without additives. The fruits are carefully selected, sieved, blended, pasteurised and aseptically packed. Banana is a rich source of potassium, magnesium, calcium, vitamin-C, antioxidants and other nutrients. It offers delicious taste and texture to your products and therefore perfectly suited for various applications like beverages, dairy, desserts, bakery, confectionery etc.
Ingredients: Banana, ascorbic acid (anti-oxidant). Vegan suitable.
