Description

Vanille BV- Organic Vanilla QCP, High quality bourbon quick curing processed vanilla beans, directly imported from Madagascar, with a rich aroma and flavour. Mainly used for industrial causes and perfect for extraction. The vanillin content of 1.4% to 2% provides a best in class yield for producing vanilla extract. The beans are cut in lengths of 1 to 5 cm. The moisture content sits below 25%.
