InnovEgg is a functional, plant-based egg alternative designed for the preparation of scrambled eggs and omelettes without compromising taste, texture, or nutritional value. This allergen-free product is rich in fiber, protein, calcium, potassium, and iron, making it an excellent choice for clean-label, egg-free formulations.
Like whole egg, this alternative has a high BCAA level, particularly leucine with 17%. This makes it highly effective for building and maintaining muscle.
To replace one whole egg, mix 10 g of InnovEgg dry mix with 35 mL of water and 5 g of oil. Whisk until homogenous and use as required.
