1.Natural Sweeteners like (Stevia, Sugar alcohols, etc) and Sugar replacers

2.Natural Extracts/Flavours/Oleoresins

Since these ingredients are in their purest form, even a small quantity of the ingredient would be enough to produce Indian Sweets of the best quality.

Food Safety Facts on Indian Sweet Products

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Food Safety Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) issued an order on 25th September 2020 stating that the Indian Sweet manufacturers and Sweet shop owners are mandated to mention the date of manufacturing and best before dates for all the packed and loose sweet products which was made effective on 1st October 2020. The orders have been issued in the wake of the festive season of Diwali and Dussehra when the demand for Indian sweet products is high. Selling expired, adulterated goods becomes more common during this time, which has also been shown to be fatal in many cases. [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row gap=”30″ equal_height=”yes” content_placement=”middle” css=”.vc_custom_1663232988146{margin-top: 2% !important;padding-top: 2% !important;padding-bottom: 2% !important;}”][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_single_image image=”4952755″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]

Permitted and Natural Food Colour Standard In Indian Sweet Products

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Using toxic and non-edible food colours are widely used in food applications. According to the Indian Institute of Toxicology Research a major problem with vendors and shops selling sweets and savouries is that they’re not aware of FSSAI standards, and end up using more of them than are permitted. For example Metanil yellow is not a food colour but it is widely used in Mumbai and Gujarat for colouring sweet items like Ghatia. The IITR scientists found six banned dyes in the sweets tested: rhodamine B, orange II, metanil yellow, malachite green, quinoline yellow and auramine. In order to prevent these unlawful practices, FSSAI updated the usage limit and has allowed only a few of the permitted food colours to be used in manufacturing of  food products As per the FSSAI standard, Tartrazine, sunset yellow, brilliant blue FCF, ponceau 4R, and erythrosine are the newly permitted food colours. Add value to the consumers, by started adding Natural and Permitted Food Colours to the the food products. Now every food manufacturer can easily access to the wide range of natural and permitted food colours with flexible MOQs at competitive prices in 1-2 Taste online platform.[/vc_column_text][mvc_advanced_button align=”center” btn_text=”Natural and Permitted Food Colours ” google_fonts=”font_family:Open%20Sans%3A300%2C300italic%2Cregular%2Citalic%2C600%2C600italic%2C700%2C700italic%2C800%2C800italic|font_style:700%20bold%20regular%3A700%3Anormal” btn_url=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fwww.12taste.com%2Fin%2Fproduct-category%2Fproducts%2Ffoodcolour%2F|title:Natural%20Sweeteners|target:_blank” btn_icon=”fas fa-arrow-right” btn_bg=”#ec7a5c” btn_radius=”30″ caption_url=”” caption_urls=”” caption_urlss=””][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row full_width=”stretch_row” css=”.vc_custom_1661491322308{margin-top: 2% !important;background-color: rgba(239,239,239,0.47) !important;*background-color: rgb(239,239,239) !important;}”][vc_column offset=”vc_col-lg-offset-1 vc_col-lg-10 vc_col-md-offset-1 vc_col-md-10″ css=”.vc_custom_1658234670294{padding-bottom: 4% !important;}”][vc_column_text]
