RECIPE
Crustozan Browny | EF | : | 1000g | Water | : | 320g |
Vegetable Oil | . | 240g | Nuts* | 150-200g |
METHOD
1. Add all ingredients together to the mixing bowl
2. Blend with a pedal blade at slow speed for 1 minute.
3. Scrape down the batter and mix at medium speed for 3 minutes.
4. Scale as required in to a greased pan.
5. Bake as specified.
Baking Temperature : 200oC, Baking Time : 25-30 minutes / until baked well.
