Recipe for Plum Cake
Crustophee Plum | 1000g |
Egg | (10-11 Nos.) 500 -550 g |
Vegetable Oil | 200g |
Margarine | 200g |
Cooked / Soaked Dry Fruits* | 800g |
METHOD
Method for Plum Cake
1. Place Crustophee Plum, egg, margarine and vegetable oil in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix with pedal attachment on low speed for 1 minute.
3. Scrape down the batter and mix again on high speed for 3 minutes.
4. Add dry fruits and mix on low speed for 1 minute / until the fruits fold well.
5. Scale as required into greased pan.
6. Bake as specified.
Recipe for Cooked Dry Fruits
Dry Fruits | 1000g |
Water | 650 ml |
Sugar | 350g |
Method for Dry Fruits
1. Boil all together till the fruits get softened.
2.Add Rum flavour /any flavour ** according to the requirement.
3.Mix well, cool down to room temperature and use.
Baking Temperature : 175 -185oC, Baking Time : 45-50 minutes / until baked well.
