RECIPE
Crustoforest RB 100 | 1000 g |
Egg | 500 g (10-12 nos) |
Water | 240 g |
Vegetable Oil | 50 g |
METHOD
1. Place egg, water and Crustoforest RB100 in a
mixing bowl.
2. Mix with a whisk attachment on low speed for 1 minute.
3. Scrape the sides and center of bowl to facilitate even mixing.
4. Mix again on high speed for 4-5 minutes.
5. Add vegetable oil and mix on low speed for 1-2 minutes / until the oil folds well.
6. Scale as required into greased pans.
7. Bake as specified.
Baking Temperature : 165-175oC, Baking Time : 40-45 minutes / until baked well.
