Recipe

Crustoforest B1000 FC : 1000 g Water : 520 g
Vegetable Oil : 50 g

 

Method

  1. Place water and Crustoforest B1000 FC in a mixing
  2. Mix with a paddle attachment (flat blade) at slow speed for 1-2
  3. Scrape the sides and center of bowl to facilitate even
  4. Mix again at medium speed for 3-4
  5. Add Vegetable oil and mix at slow speed for 1-2 minutes or until the oil folds
  6. Scale as required into greased
  7.  Bake as specified.

Baking Temperature : 160-165 C, Baking Time : 35-40minutes / until baked well.
