Crustoforest Dark magic | 1000 g |
Egg | 500 g (10 – 12 nos) |
Water | 240 g |
Vegetable Oil | 50 g |
Crustogel (Cake gel)* | 10 – 20 g |
Method
- Place egg, water, Crustogel (Cake Gel) and Crustoforest Dark Magic in a mixing
- Mix with a whisk attachment on low speed for 1 minute.
- Scrape the sides and center of bowl to facilitate even
- Mix again on high speed for 4-5 minutes.
- Add vegetable oil and mix on low speed for 1-2 minutes / until the oil folds
- Scale as required into greased
- Bake as specified.
Baking Temperature : 160-170oC, Baking Time : 35-40 minutes / until baked well.
