Description

Recipe

Crustoforest Dark magic 1000 g
Egg 500 g (10 – 12 nos)
Water 240 g
Vegetable Oil 50 g
Crustogel (Cake gel)* 10 – 20 g

Method

  1. Place egg, water, Crustogel (Cake Gel) and Crustoforest Dark Magic in a mixing
  2. Mix with a whisk attachment on low speed for 1 minute.
  3. Scrape the sides and center of bowl to facilitate even
  4. Mix again on high speed for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Add vegetable oil and mix on low speed for 1-2 minutes / until the oil folds
  6. Scale as required into greased
  7.  Bake as specified.

 

Baking Temperature : 160-170oC, Baking Time : 35-40 minutes / until baked well.
